The goal of the fitness club is to promote health and well-being by offering members access to a range of exercise equipment, fitness classes, and personalized training programs. Additionally, the club seeks to support individuals in need of rehabilitation by providing specialized programs and services designed to aid their recovery and enhance their overall well-being.
The Golden Age Centre combats senior isolation by fostering friendships and group activities in a welcoming space.
The project aims to promote the overall health and well-being of seniors by providing access to activities such as gentle exercises,sports activities, rehabilitation and routine medical examinations.
The centre will offer a range of recreational programs and entertainment options, such as games, arts and crafts, music, dance, and cultural events, tailored to the interests of the elderly.
The project will facilitate interactions between seniors and younger generations to foster a sense of community and bridge the generation gap.
The project may raise awareness about the rights and needs of seniors in the Rwandan society and advocate for their well-being and dignity.
